Return & Exchange Policy
You can return the product you have bought within (7) days from the date of delivery without opening its packaging, using it or allowing it to deteriorate.
Before returning the product, send it to firstname.lastname@example.org with an email containing your invoice number and order number, stating the reason for the return.
As soon as our company receives the e-mail or fax you send, you will be contacted and you will be informed how to return the product. It must be sent back with the product in the invoice issued in your name.
The price of product or product will be refunded to your credit card instead of the returned product. Transportation costs will be borne by you.
II. Products Damaged During Transport
Products damaged during transportation should not be received and a report regarding the damage should be kept by the transport company. The product should not be returned due to small dents in the box or package, so as not to damage the product.
However, it will be deemed that the transport company has fulfilled its duty after it is received by you. After the damage report of the unaccepted product is delivered to our company, our company will deliver the new product to you as soon as possible.
III. Faulty Products
Please send the e-mail containing your invoice and order numbers to email@example.com, stating the errors of the faulty products that are not noticed during delivery and occurred in the application. If your reason for return is deemed appropriate, after sending the invoice with the returned product to our company, the faulty product will be replaced with a new one;
NO REFUNDS ARE MADE YOU CAN ONLY CHANGE.
Cancellation conditions After the order you have placed has been paid, you can request the cancellation of the sale and cancel the order before it is delivered to the cargo.
Otherwise, if you do not give up the sale during the day, the cancellation cannot be made. The return process will take place after you receive the product. To perform the cancellation, you can contact our company on the same day via the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org and give the order details.
LEATHERSTORELONDON.COM checks that the products you return comply with the return conditions. The refund requests accepted are forwarded to the bank after 45 days. Depending on the density of the bank, a refund is made to your credit card (bank account) within 3 business days.
